With years of experience in designing engaging infographics, I have a deep understanding of how to apply design principals that make data visually appealing and easy to understand. My goal is to help brands convey their message in the most eye-catching and informative way possible. NR Education

A hurdle faced by the New Remedies franchise offering, was that the emerging market brought with it uninformed consumers. In addition to marketing the sale of CBD retail, and CBD products, the awareness campaigns had to feature educational materials.  The New Remedies educational infographics acted as key art for multiple campaigns. I led our team as our we researched and compiled the most important information on CBD and its effects in order to help consumers make informed decisions.  We believe that education is the key to marketing a newly regulated product.

Data Visualization

Data Visualization is a powerful tool in marketing that helps businesses present information in a way that prospects are able to make sense of large amounts of information quickly. I really enjoy creating data focused design, and strive to help my clients create an accurate and complete display to best engage their audience. Once the data is organized and layed out, it becomes easy to create charts, decks, signage and other insightful visualizations.

Velvet Tsunami marketing reach

1.1 billion social media impressions joined Artificial People at the W Hotel for a massive Los Angeles pride event. While I was the Chief Design Officer of Biz Incubate, our client Artificial People produced the event, and I was responsible for visually assembling the data regarding the marketing reach, in order to utilize it in the sponsor deck. 

GATT Market Analysis

Gatt Solutions, a Biz Incubate client needed data displays and Infographics related to risks of firearms and how the product improved responsible firearms safety. I organized and designed this data display for the GATT Solutions fundraising pitch deck. 

Experiential

I have been involved in the production of live events for most of my life. I grew up in a musical family where I would see my family members preform regularly as a child. This experience manifested as I became an adult. Since 2012, I have planned, produced, managed, and marketed over 300 live events in Los Angeles. I have planned and executed many on-site activations over the years. As my experience in live events grew, I have been invited to speak on panels about my experience.

 

Over the course of my career, I have self produced over 300 Art, Music, and cultural events in Los Angeles. While in this role, I also took on the responsibilities of brand activation and activity tracking, booking talent, marketing & promotion, and artist management. When it comes to events, I have become a one man army capable of pulling off massive executions in the face of every possible roadblock. 

Notable Accomplishments

• I maintained a brand activation partnership with Pabst Blue Ribbon from 2015-2019 including 2

co-branded SXSW events in 2016 & 2017

• Worked with a long list of high level recording artists.

• Have produced events at almost every notable venue in Los Angeles, Including: the Troubadour, the House of Blues, the Roxy, Whiskey a go go, the Echo, Hotel Cafe, the Airliner, & many more.

• I produced an event with 93.5 KDAY in 2017, Hosted by CeCe the Mamacita.

• Produced a series called Legion of Boom that featured artist booths and Comic Books, similar to iHeartComics that ran from 2012 - 2018.

• Produced a regular warehouse underground event series from 2012-2016.

As an experienced marketer, I've created countless social posts, magazine ads and print ads that have driven results. I use my expertise in marketing and advertising to create effective campaigns that speak to the target audience while maintaining a high level of quality in the delivery. Every ad needs a clear call to action so the audience knows exactly what to do next. Below are some templated social posts that I oversaw the production, and posts for discount codes for which I directed the shoot and laid out the typography and final design.

the Dailee Buyer's Journey

In my role as the Creative Director at Dailee Holdings, I developed and delivered a robust buyer's journey. I branded and formatted all of the documents both internally and consumer facing. I also crafted the entire program and wrote the scripts for text, email and phone outreach. I acted as editor for the final delivery.

Selling franchise in the US

In the United States, franchise law and oversight is enacted by the Federal Trade Commission. The regulations regarding the ability to franchise a business offering are complex to say the least. Every individual state has it's own regulations and ordinances as well. Without approval from the FTC, and then a secondary individual liscence granted by each state, a business is not allowed to operate under the terms and title of franchise. the term for a business offering that is similar to a franchise, but not authorized is called a "business opportunity" and does not require any of the protections or regulations attached to the franchise title. Dailee Holdings was the first CBD business in history that recived approval from the FTC paving the way for the industry.

My team worked directly with the legal team that represents McDonalds' franchise operations in the US to achieve this distinction, and I learned a great deal about US franchise law in the process.

The four stages of the sale

I developed this buyer's journey not only according to what would be considered best practices in marketing and sales, but also according to the terms set by the federal trade commission. This included restrictions on how the prospect could be shown each piece of documentation and the terms under which they could recieve them.

for this stage of the process, I wrote outreach scripts for the SDR's to follow in order to get the prospects on a discovery call. Believe it or not, many prospects show interest at this stage and then don't make themselves available to speak further. This process was verified and meets all terms of the CAN-SPAM act.

FDD & 15 day close

The buyer's journey is completed when the prospect has submitted the application. After their submission, Dailee would send out the FDD. The first page of the FDD was a receipt that the prospect would have to sign in order to begin the 15 day timeline until the sale could commence.
