My name is Michael Johannes

As a creative lead with two decades of experience in Design, Brand, Creative Direction, Illustration, Ux/Ui, and digital asset management, I have led teams for every type of design project you could imagine. I have been training and mentoring designers for over a decade, and I would love to discuss how I can help your team grow.

In addition to my design background, I am well versed in best practices related to marketing, operations, inventory, leadership, company culture, supply chain, and manufacturing. I have been involved in the inception and growth of close to 50 brands during my extensive career.

Michael worked with youbloom from 2015 to 2019 in the role of brand manager. He did an excellent job on the overhaul of our brand identity and guidelines as well as overseeing the marketing collateral for 6 showcase festivals and conferences in Los Angeles and Dublin, Ireland. Dailee HLDG

Dailee Holdings was a CBD startup that I was involved with from inception. In my CDO role at Biz Incubate, I developed the pitch deck that was used in seed round fundraising and succeeded in bringing on three investors to build the company.

Roxas Kalaw

Between 2020 and 2021 I led design for a product built in partnership with the Roxas Kalaw Foundation based in the Philippines. I delivered creative assets & laid out sitemap and Ux flows.

CBD Franchising

While doing market research, our team discovered that no one in the CBD space had yet offered consumers the opportunity to franchise. Some competitors offered what was titled a 'business opportunity' but not a franchise.
